SuperStable Fusible Mesh combines the legendary comfort and performance of our Invisible Mesh stabilizer with the added advantage of a low-temperature fusible adhesive. Designed for embroiderers who need maximum stability on difficult fabrics, this premium stabilizer helps eliminate shifting, stretching, distortion, and puckering during embroidery.

Manufactured from a high-quality 1.5 oz spun nylon mesh with a unique diagonal embossing pattern, Fusible Mesh provides exceptional multi-directional stability while remaining soft, lightweight, and comfortable against the garment.

Unlike traditional cutaway stabilizers, Fusible Mesh temporarily bonds to the fabric, helping secure the garment during hooping and embroidery. This added stability is especially valuable when working with performance fabrics, athletic wear, moisture-wicking garments, knits, polos, stretch fabrics, and other challenging materials.

The low-temperature adhesive activates at approximately 260°F (127°C), reducing the risk of shrinking, scorching, or damaging delicate fabrics. Once bonded, the stabilizer helps create one of the most stable embroidery foundations available.
